Promise Ring

I recieved this promise ring from Bryan on Christmas Day. He made giving it to me special. He wrote down clues on paper and placed the clues in different spots around the house. Each clue lead me somewhere different and then the last clue lead me to him. He pulled a box out of his pocket and said to me, " This is my promise, that one day I will marry you". It was so sweet and unexpected. I have never had anyone do that for me before. A memory to be treasured always.

Bryan with Don (our neighbor from across the street). He is over here almost everyday. If he isn't here then Bryan will be over at his house. Bryan and Don have known each other for 7 years now. Don feels like part of the family. We are blessed, we have such wonderful friends in our lives.

Here is Mathew standing in our driveway 2 days after Christmas. He is getting ready to head to the park to go sledding (thank goodness the park is right over our back fence). We have so much snow at our house. Bryan's back is killing him from all the shoveling. We may need to invest in a snowblower.

On December 31st 2008 Bryan celebrated his 44th birthday. We had a nice time with family. Thank You to everyone who came over to celebrate with us.

Here I am with Kim and Marlisa. They are such beautiful women inside and out. I enjoy being around them. They are so much fun!

These are two of Bryan's close friends. Kim is on the left, Bryan has known her since he was in the 5th grade and she was in the 3rd grade. Kim was best friends will Bryan's sister in grade school. Marlisa is on the right, Marlisa and Bryan have been friends for 15 years.

Bryan and I at his birthday party. I haven't had that much fun in a really long time. We had 25 close friends come out to celebrate with us. Bryan keeps telling me he will remember this birthday always.

This is Sheldon Brown. I went to high school with him. We have been talking on facebook. He is really funny. He joined Bryan and I at Bryan's birthday party. That day will be a day to remember.
